Happy New Year and welcome to 2022 with Ultra Cleaning Service. We hope you enjoyed the festive period and are raring to go for a great year ahead. With most of us getting back into the swing of things, we thought it would be a good time to reflect on the last 12 months and let you know what we’ve been up to.
Firstly, We Moved!
2021 saw us move to our brand-new facility over in Westhoughton, Greater Manchester. This was an exciting step towards our growth goals. We now have more space for our equipment as well as a separate office environment to handle our admin tasks. All in a location that’s still accessible for our staff and close to good transport links as we travel up and down the country working for our clients. We’re absolutely loving it here and have made some great new friends too.
Shiny New Vehicles
We also took the opportunity to add a couple of new vehicles to the fleet and upgrade some of our older models as well. Ultra Cleaning Service now looks the part when we’re parked up at a client’s site or are spotted out and about on the roads.
More Talent To Enhance Our Services…
Our team has grown over the last 12 months, further reflecting the progress we’re making in terms of winning new clients and offering a wider range of services. We’ve taken on another specialist abseil technician to help support our rope access services including window cleaning and high-rise maintenance. We also had two new starters on our ground team, to help satisfy the growing number of reach and wash contracts we have in place.

Contract Wins
We enjoyed working with some great new clients over the past year and were proud of the progress we made in terms of developing existing relationships as well. One of our biggest new contract wins was for a large housing association. Our ground team will be handling reach and wash window cleaning across the variety of properties within their stock. It’s been a great start and we’re looking forward to progressing the relationship further, this year.
